bonds that are identical with those of the original (first) tranche
Explanation:
fungible normally means something can take the place of something else. But here, the phrase "bezüglich Anleihebedingungen ..." indicates that the additional bonds are not "replacing" the original issue, but merely supplementing it and that the additional bonds will have the same terms as those in the underlying tranch.

agree  Ralf Lemster: I'd go for "...that have identical terms..." or even "...which are fungible..."

-> my only problem with fungible is even as a native speaker, I'm not certain of what preposistion it takes. fungible with "sounds" ok to my ears but also a bit odd

agree  Terry Moran: Definitely not fungible - if we don't know what it means, who will?

agree  Richard Benham: "Fungible"=able to be treated like fungi (i.e. kept in the dark and fed BS)? Just a thought. (OK I know it means something like interechangeable. I'm not a mushroom.)
