Not so sure about Privater Beteligungsauftrag: poss. Private Equity Order.

If for Switzerland, make sure there's end-user feedback. The terminology ain't always what it seems. In Swiss private banking, I've been told to translate Verwaltungsauftrag as 'discretionary order'.
