agency trade Explanation: Kommissionsgeschäfte sind in Deutschland in §§383ff. HGB definiert - §383(1) hat folgenden Wortlaut: "Kommissionär ist, wer es gewerbsmäßig übernimmt, Waren oder Wertpapiere für Rechnung eines anderen (des Kommittenten) in eigenem Namen zu kaufen oder zu verkaufen." "Kommission außerbörslich" weist auf ein außerbörslich ausgeführtes Kommissionsgeschäft hin => hier würde ich von einem "off-exchange (OTC) agency trade" sprechen.
