Der Kaufpreis für die jeweiligen Teilgeschaftsanteile der Gesellschaft wird nach der in Anlage 3.1. beschriebenen discouted cash flow methode ermittelt. Die Parteien sind darüber einig, dass der Kaufpreis für die Teilgeschaftsanteile der Gesellschaft mindestens so hoch ist, dass für 50 % der Geschäftsanteile der Gesellschaft ein Kaufpreis von 1.100.000 € (in Worten: einemillioneneinhunderttausend Euro) zu zahlen wäre.

IMHO the term Teilgeschäftsanteil relates to the fact that shares/interests held amount to less than 100%, hence "Teil-" (in *some way* synonymous to "Beteiligung", methinks).
