From Googleing, I've patched together "residual claimant" and "residual earner", but I'd appreciate others' feedback. "claimant" only seems to apply in the case of default and legal action, whereas "earner" would fit but sounds a little odd to my American ear. Linguee's "drawer of residual income" also seems a little 'holprig'.

recipient of residual income
Explanation:
The notion of the capital owner as a merely passive recipient of residual income is clearly incompatible with that view.
