"Betreuung" is always a bit tricky and its translation depends on context. Seeing as the subject in this case is a company, "managed" may be the best option.

Difficult without knowing exactly what their role is, but I think turning it around is probably effective. As Karin says, 'betreuen' is always a bit of a nasty one!
