neutral  tectranslate ITS GmbH: Just to voice my thought that your suggestion is in fact not incorrect, but I feel that the focus of the term should be on the loading times. It's the only factor that web designers can actually influence. If you have a 286 computer, display will be slow.

Explanation:
Der Vorschlag von tectransDE gefällt mir gut.
Rückt man den Aspekt der Schnelligkeit des Seitenaufbaus in den Vordergrund, ist "fast loading times" zumindest eine Alternative.
Zur Bestätigung einfach mal ein wenig googeln, "fast loading times" eingeben.
