Yes, I think this is the clue. I am indeed translating this website, so they must in fact be referring to their houses/office buildings and not the elements of the website.

... the company's products/services, which constitute the actual "contents" of the site, got mixed in. It's sloppy writing combined with an effort by over-zealous lawyers to include every possible thing under the sun, as is custumary in these terms and conditions.

And at any rate, as I said to me there is zero possibility of this referring to anything else. It doesn't make too much sense but what can you do.

If the context is Immobilien I would also maybe ask about Ein/Ausrichtung - could also refer to the interior/exterior of the property! But hard to be sure the way its phrased.

What does the company do? if its Bau/Immobilien related I would guess that they are referring to the "products" that are being sold or advertised on the website - houses, offices, or even furniture, building materials etc. not website elements! http://www.baumeister-haus.lu/servicenavigation/impressum.ht... and "Alle in den Bauzeichnungen und in der Allgemeinen Baubeschreibung enthaltenen Massen und Maße sind circa Werte" or "Massen und Maße richten sich nach den tatsächlichen ausgeführten Lieferungen und Leistungen"
