German term or phrase: V.S.
This is a French/English project translating an international ISP company's employee satisfaction online survey responses. There is apparently one German employee (in the office in France) and I have been able to translate most of his answers, but I have not yet figured out "V.S." as in the following excerpt:

Kommunication verbessern - Mehr und bessere Personalentwicklungsmoeglichkeiten / Programme - Gelegenheiten auf Sonderprojekte veroeffentlichen - Mehr Energie und Leitung vom Management u.a.
Bessere Produktentwicklung - Verhaeltnis mit den ***V.S.***
- Wir arbeiten staendig auf unerfolgreiche Projekte ohne Zukunft - das Management soll den Mut haben, sie zu beenden - Hoeren Sie die Angestellten an!
Wir haben eine Menge Ideen, bzw Produkte und Portal zu verbessern.

But I am not sure in this instance. It depends on whether the further context makes this plausible.

I think after all its USA, because "den V.S." , unless its plural.

Thank you both Alexander and Manuela - I think it must refer to the US since other respondents complained about the distant relationship with the US office - there were also complaints about the Managers and lack of dialogue but you all were more unsure of vorgesetzte - thank you all. I will keep you posted if it is something else, in the end!
