In this case I only suggested the German term \"Fachkraft-Monate\" since I thought that Kevin was simply trying to figure out what \"FM\" stands for and could then think of an appropriate translation himself.

So, in order to provide an actual translation I would suggest \"international short-term employment of skilled labor up to 7.5 months\".
