David, I don't think the emphasis is on male/female/diverse, but on "employees need to know the regulations". The German wording is a somewhat awkward attempt by the German author to write in a gender-neutral way. That poor author did not know how to call diverse employees in German, most likely s/he did not want to write "Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und alle Diversen, die hier arbeiten" müssen ... Thus s/he used the somewhat complicated wording "und alle Personen, die hier arbeiten und sich mit Divers identifizieren". But all in all, it is just "All employees" in English, whatever their gender/identy, as there is no gender-specific ending for the noun anyway. Employee covers male, female, diverse etc.

I obviously on't know if you have been asked for UK (AKA international) English, but if so, I'd be wary of an American LGBTQ publication (sorry, Ramey!).

I'd suggest you use "All employees identifying as male. female or other", and using the pronouns "they/them/their". I'm not aware of the US usage having been commonly accepted yet.

Perhaps skip the entire explanation since the English is already gender neutral. More important would be the pronoun. Here is a link:
