Bei Beschäftigten, die bereits seit mindestens 15 Jahren vollkontinuierliche Wechselschicht arbeiten, erhöht sich die Altersfreizeit auf 3,5 Stunden.

disagree  Erwin Höhne: Lieber Hans, das stimmt nicht. Altersfreizeit ist etwas anderes als Altersteilzeit. Ersteres wird älteren Mitarbeitern gutgeschrieben, so daß sie z.B. 4 Stunden im Monat oder in der Woche weniger arbeiten müssen. Letzteres ist partial retirement
