everybody is telling you Explanation: Just a colloquial phrase -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2019-05-18 00:31:08 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Especially when you're going through a rough patch and are being pulled in all directions, people are always telling you - and you read it, too - to relax and to stay centered.
