Here's another version, but I don't our ProZians would approve of it.

It stated that a very high degree of probability is required ("einer sehr hohen naheliegender Wahrscheinlichkeit."), but that this did not mean a probability almost reaching certainty ("eine an Sicherheit grenzende Wahrscheinlichkeit.").
