This is from an agent agreement between a betting license holder and an agent. Here is some context:

Der Vermittler wird mit diesem Vertrag bevollmächtigt, im Namen und auf Rechnung des Wetthalters Wetteinsätze entgegenzunehmen sowie zu Recht erzielte Wettgewinne - gegen Übernahme des Original-Wettscheines - auszubezahlen.

Restanten, d.h. Gewinne die innerhalb der in den Allgemeinen Wettbedingungen des Wetthalters vorgesehenen Frist nicht abgeholt wurden, stehen dem Wetthalter zu und sind diesem unaufgefordert auszuhändigen. Eine allenfalls eingehobene Einsatzsteuer steht ebenfalls dem Wetthalter zu.
