This is a product that is used in cheese production and can apparently be drunk as well, but the English name isn't "hay milk" as far as I can tell. Can anyone help?

pasture milk/milk from non-silage fed cows
Explanation:
http://www.gut-kerschlach.de/kennen/kaeserei.php

Silofutter = silage

Silofrei - Heumilch - Bauern

In Austria where they produce excellent cheeses which we can buy here, cheese manufacturers prefer pasture milk. Milk from silage fed cows doesn't make as good a cheese as from pasture and hay fed cows, so a premium is paid for non-silage fed milk.

Payments for Non-Silage Feeding of Cows (indemnité de non-ensilage): payment per tonne of milk to producers whose milk is produced (within the production quota) without silage fodder and used to produce some types of cheese (Emmental, Gruyère, Sbrinz, Appenzel and Tilsit). Calculated on a fiscal year basis and allocated to milk.

organic milk

Explanation:
I believe this simply means the milk from cows that feed free-range, not from troughs or silo feed (these are the words of a city kid, bear in mind!) and not on animal products. This is what is typically called "organic milk" here.

The #1 Google hit (link below) provides a bit of explanation. Many of the other Google hits are Austrian, so I suspect that this is a term used more frequently there.

milk from cattle fed on hay

Explanation:
This does just seem to be mil from cattle fed in winter on hay rather than silage.
