This part of my text on refrigeration units for food counters is talking about fitting expansion valves into the cooling system or whatever it is. It is the valve that is being subject to the density/leakage test (whatever Dichtigkeitsprüfung is).

By Kühlanlagebauer, do they mean KühlanlageHERSTELLER? I feel this must surely be it, but would appreciate confirmation or correction. TIA.

Once again, the answer with the "agree" wins - well, sarmb's answer sort of constituted another agree. And it does seem logical that it would be the installer who would do another check for leakage before plugging the thing in. Thank you all for your assistance.
