"Das Gerät ist speziell für den Einbau in Lebensmittel- und Ausgabetheken entwickelt worden.

"Das Gerät ist zur Kühlung von flachen Lebensmittelerzeugnissen, wie z.B. Snacks, Kuchen und flachen Tortenstücken bei Temperaturen von ca. 6°C bestimmt."

From instructions for some sort of food cooling device. "Lebensmitteltheke" is food counter, I guess, but what about "Ausgabetheke"? Display counter, maybe? I found a reasonable picture of one here:
