Kaspressknoedel (pan-fried cheese and bread patty) Explanation: I would definitely keep the Austrian name and explain the term in brackets afterwards. Many people like to know what specialities are called, after all. A patty by definition is a round, flattened cake made of minced food, which is pan-friedin this instance. Patty gets across the idea that the Pressknödel is flat, as opposed to the normal round Knödel.
