neutral  Cilian O'Tuama: How on earth can anyone know what it is without at least some context? Is it not just an instant mix if you only have to add hot water? That may or may not be the case here.
8 mins

agree  Jutta Scherer: This is the one that googles best, often in connection with "ready-to-cook" (Heinzs uses this) or as "instant mix food products"
3 hrs

neutral  Rosa Paredes: The fact that "it googles better" does not mean this is the term. Asker has not provided context.

instant soup base / ready-made meal preparations

Explanation:
Most of the time, the stuff is called soup base (rather than 'mix'). If it concerns meals with solid, dehydrated ingredients (veggies and meat) they are called preparations, in the US anyway.
