German term or phrase: Kräuter de Provence
from a text on barbecuing:

I know what this is and have bought in Germany and France (Herbes de Provence). It is a mix of thyme, rosemary, marjoram, savory and basil used for barbecues.

Do we use this at all in England? I don't remember seeing it here? And would an English speaking audience know what I was referring to - or should I write something like "use your favourite herbs"

any suggestions welcome
