German term or phrase: fettverschleißende Teiglinge
Die mobilen Fettbackgeräte in Tischausführung eignen sich ideal für kleinere Stückzahlen (ca. 20 bis 30 Teiglinge pro Backvorgang), vor allem für kleine fettverschleißende Teiglinge.

I believe that a Teigling is the uncooked dough as a separate unit that will become a specific doughnut or whatever but I have not been able to find a better term than uncooked doughnut but there must be something better.

especially for small oil-absorbing dough(s)

Explanation:
A Fettbackgeraet is essentially like a deep-fryer, for donuts and things like that. I would not use the word dough pieces because to a baker it implies you just broke off a piece of the dough. Teig and Teigling are always translated as 'dough' (ie. units on their own). I had a bit of trouble with 'fettverschleiss' because I have only seen in it mechanical manuals, but I think it refers to dough that absorbs a lot of oil while frying.
