From this infernal catering catalogue I'm doing (though at last, there is light at the end of a long, black tunnel). I don't understand what is meant by "Kühlstelle" and can't find the word in any dictionary. There are hardly any search engine hits for it either. I did find "Kühlstellenregler" in the ProZ glossary, but this did not indicate with any absolute clarity how to translate "Kühlstelle" on its own. TIA therefore for any light you can shed on this.
