German term or phrase: zweiseitig ausblasend
"Der ***zweiseitig ausblasende*** Umluftverdampfer ist mit einer speziell für Pralinen optimierten Kühltechnik ausgestattet. Warentemperaturen 16°C bis 18°C bei 30°C/55% rel. LF"

From a catalogue for catering equipment and the like. Talking about some sort of food counter. I'm not sure how best to render "zweiseitig ausblasend" into natural-sounding English. At the moment I have "circulation fan that distributes air on two sides". Would that work? Otherwise, what should I say here? TIA for your help.

Thanks idwerk, Claire and Frosty. "Dual-direction" conveys the "zweiseitig ausblasend" idea quite nicely, I think. But thanks also to Aleron and Jonathan for their ideas - appreciate everyone's assistance.
