From a catalogue for catering equipment and the like. Here a food counter is being referred to. To my utter astonishment, I cannot find a single dictionary entry for "Bedienungsversion". Is it operatING version or operatOR version? It's juxtaposed with "SB" (self-service) version. TIA for helping me clear this up.

Explanation:
the opposite of a self-service restaurant is waitress service or full service restaurant...
how about "service/served version"
or "waitress/personnel service version"?

on reflection, we are talking here in both cases about a display unit used in a self-service restaurant. Bedienungsversion where the personnel hane over the item, SB-Version where the customers takes the item themselves. Thus waitress service is not appropriate anyway, however personnel service version would still seem to be usable.
