Gegen diesen Bescheid hat der Kläger am 27.10.2017 Einspruch eingelegt und die Aussetzung der Vollziehung beantragt.
Über den klagegegenständlichen Sachverhaltskomplex „XXX" wurde der Kläger bisher nicht rechtskräftig beschieden.

Birgit Gläser has pointed out that "to give legal notice" normally relates to the termination of a contract, e.g. a rental agreement. In this case, "given legal notification" might be a better translation of "rechtskräftig beschieden".

Explanation:
if I read the above correct, the court decision is oustanding... therefore I would paraphrase in terms of court decision or possibly verdict, but I would not only speak of notices from court, if they were to postpone the date for a hearing or such and then also not of legal notice...
Not to mention that the translation of "legal notice" is "rechtlicher Hinweis", so not what we are looking for here anyway..
