daily requirement of recirculation water consumed

Explanation:
A device for 'heat dissipation' (including a simple car radiator) uses recirculating water to carry heat away.

"...how the energy is dissipated from the closed and open re-circulation systems..."
"...problems encountering open and closed recirculation water systems"
