surrender obligation Explanation: "Surrender" is the official term for "abgeben" in this context. Millions of Googles for "surrender" together with "emissions". (www.herbertsmith.com/.../EUcompetitionandadministrativeandp... It's often verbalised ("... are required to surrender") but I'd use "surrender obligation" or "surrender requirement". |
