Ich weiß zwar, dass diese Frage schon öfters gestellt wurde, dennoch bin ich mir nicht sicher, welcher Begriff in diesem Kontext der passende ist:

Das Heizkraftwerk macht nach fast 10 Jahren ***Laufzeit*** äußerlich einen guten Eindruck [...] Brennstoffpreis und -aufkommen müssen stark Fokus gehalten werden, denn im Zusammenhang mit der ***Anlagenlaufzeit*** sind dies die Hauptkriterien für eine hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit.
Um hohe ***Laufzeiten*** zu erreichen, muss der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung besonderes Augenmerk gewidmet werden.

Explanation:
Would be another option, although Alan's "operating lifetime" is fine. I'd be tempted to use different terms in your different contexts though, using just "operation" for its first appearance "after almost ten years of operation", then "along with a long service life" for the second and third occurrences.
