output / branch circuit protection (device) Explanation: If the 'collector fuse' translation comes from www.pfisterer.com/download_download/d_2449.pdf, my comment is that it is a rather free translation and 'collector' is very specific to the application in question in that document (overhead electrical power distribution for trams or railcars). Also, there's a fundamental problem with translating 'Sicherung' as 'fuse', since it can just as well be a circuit breaker. |

outgoing feeder fuse(s) Explanation: The famous HRC (High Rupturing Capacity) fuses are used for that purpose. The said circuit breakers are not meant here, being much more expensive, and there seems to be no technical need for teh latter. |
