Explanation:
I think it means returns (or possibly even profits) in the glass industry. Not revenues, as it is generally expressed as a percentage.

Doesn't seem to be a very frequent term tho...

Explanation:
The German glass industry has an turnover of ca. 7,9 Mrd (1993).
25 % of that would be ca. 2 Mrd - but we are only talking about a burden of ca. 65 Mio! I would be inclined to say a reduction in the profits or yield due to increased taxation.
