Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob der Ausdruck 100% passt - aber wie Kcda schon anmerkte: die Wertpapiere müssen physisch irgendwo aufbewahrt werden, und das bezeichnet man üblicherweise als "safe custody".
