I know this term has been asked before and I have read all the answers. The translation provided by Ralf Lemster "with multiple-client capability" comes close, HOWEVER, I wonder if taxpayers can be called "clients" of the Inland Revenue because strictly speaking "customers or clients" buy a product or a service. Now taxpayers don't buy anything from the "Inland Revenu"...
