can I translate -logik as 'rules of --' and Verwertung as 'realisation'?

A rearrangement orientated on the interests and needs of the people - particularly with regard to ourselves - not as a subject of a capitalistic logic of utilisation (verwertungslogik?). The Idea is a congress with international participation focused on current active left radical debates. From May 11th to 18th are to be several decentral political and cultural events (is einfach ein scheiss wort), based on antiauthoritarian non-hirachical structures, all over vienna.
