German term or phrase: aufgebaut
Hi all -

I am translating a large beauty-care catalog into English and am not sure how "aufgebaut" works in this phrase. It is a description of a mascara applicator.

...mit dem Wirkstoff-Komplex Bio Restore™ (Aminosäure und
Weizenprotein) werden die Wimpern intensiv gepflegt, gestärkt
und aufgebaut

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks a lot!
