Abfüllanlage Filling plant Explanation: I think I'd use this, and rely on the remaining context to tell the reader what it is actually filling and into what type of container. I certainly wouldn't like the idea of "filling station" - I don't drink petrol (or diesel), which is the usual meaning in English.
