Hallo Kollegen,

es geht immer noch um meine Technischen Informationen zu Heizungssystemen. Am Ende stehen folgende Absätze:

Soweit ein anderer als der in dieser technischen Information beschriebene Einsatzzweck vorgesehen ist, muss der Anwender Rücksprache mit AAA nehmen und vor dem Einsatz ausdrücklich ein schriftliches Einverständnis von AAA einholen. Sollte dies unterbleiben, so liegt der Einsatzallein im Verantwortungsbereich des jeweiligen Anwenders.

**Anwendung, Verwendung und Verarbeitung** der Produkte stehen in diesem Fall außerhalb unserer Kontrollmöglichkeit. Sollte dennoch eine Haftung in Frage kommen, so ist diese für alle Schäden auf den Wert der von uns geliefertenund von Ihnen eingesetzten Ware begrenzt.

Ich weiß nicht so recht, was ich mit "Anwendung, Verwendung und Verarbeitung" anfangen soll. Wie wird das auf Vertragsenglisch ausgedrückt?

PS: Vielleicht noch ein Wort zu den Produkten: Es ging bisher lediglich um Rohre, Rohrverbindungsstücke und Rohrverarbeitungswerkzeuge.

agree  Gareth McMillan: But I would swap processing for production in this case- the writer is wriggling out of liability and point ing the finger at the producer if anything should go wrong.

agree  avantix: Agree with Gareth, thinking that processing is a bit adverse here. Same goes for production, though. I'd use *assembling* or *assembly*
