To John Helliwell\'s comment (\"more common I think\") - I\'m not sure. Certainly not in BE. \"Building regulations\" gets you 94,800 UK hits on that well-known search engine, \"Building code\", on the other hand, only 4540. But then, I\'m BE. This ratio is turned on its head for AE (well, almost) (i.e. search \"the web\" as opposed to \"pages from the UK\". Which is why I think it should be compulsory to give the English flavo(u)r you require :-) |
