In a contract for the Generalplaner on a construction site:

"Termine der Planung in Terminplänen, die nicht bereits Vertragstermine sind, werden zu Vertragsterminen, soweit die zugrundeliegenden Leistungen für die rechtzeitige Fertigstellung erbracht werden müssen und der AN einer Abhilfeaufforderung nicht nachkommt."

In this case the AN is the Generalplaner.
