quantity survey Explanation: Possibly this term on its own is sufficient for the translation (as indicated by your client), although strictly speaking, one might have to add something like statement or assessment. --> quantity survey statement/assessment/report. Could be superfluous, though. If you do searches for those terms you will find quite a few references in annual reports, building project reports and so on.
