transition curb


Explanation:
I know this would be a dropper kerb in UK English, but I don't think it is the same in the US. I would go for transition curb here.
Note that a transition kerb in the UK can mean something different, however, such as a transition from one type of front profile to another - half-battered to bull-nosed - with no drop in height.
Ramp curb or sloped curb are other possibilities.
