BMZ = Baumassenzahl cubic index Explanation: Elvira is right - this is just to provide a(n) (rough) English equivalent. My Immobilienwörterbuch (Schulte, Lee, Paul) says: Baumassenzahl (BMZ) - cubic density; cubical content of a building per square metre of site area; cubic extent ratio; cubic index "Cubic index" is also listed in the property/real estate glossary cited below.
