Might also be "built dimenson" in some cases. This is a try at an alternative to "stretched" which I find a bit awkward.
Appears in many contexts, such as "sichere Abwicklung", "maximum Abwicklung" for both length and width. I may be wrong, but here the shorthand of specifications suggests to me "finish dimension", the size the piece is supposed to be after assembly.
