thermal/sound insulation, moisture control, fire safety and daylight certificates
Explanation:
The term "Building Physics" does exist in the UK (there are a few vernacular Googles), but it seems to be a fairly recent import that is not (yet?) widely used. The Brits tend to refer to the individual aspects, and not to band them together under a generalised heading.

As to the individual aspects, here is a definition:
http://lexikon.freenet.de/Bauphysik:
Die Bauphysik ist eine Anwendung der Physik auf Bauwerke und beschäftigt sich mit den physikalischen Phänomenen bei diesen. Im Hauptsächlichen sind dies
* Wärme: Wärmeleitung / Wärmestrahlung / Wärmedämmung / Wärmeschutz
* Feuchtigkeit: Wasserdampfgehalt / Feuchtetransport / Kondensation von Wasser / Schimmel in Wohnungen
* Akustik: Schallübertragung / Schalldämmung sowohl im Wohnungsbau als auch im Straßenbau
* Brandschutz
* Tageslicht

Of course, Shane, that leaves you with a bit of a mouthful for your letterhead. Perhaps you could use something like:

Certification of the physical properties of buildings (insulation etc.)

Thankyou. I will have to shorten this version even further in my translation but this will suffice as an answer.

Structural engineering verifications

Explanation:
is what I would use. It's a fairly neutral, more-or-less "catchall" term...

Bauphysikalische Nachweise
Materials testing

Explanation:
Since "structural" is already covered, I think they are refering to
other types of testing.
If you check under "bauphysikalisches Labor" etc. on Google, you'll see it's mostly about materials
And even tho'the fruanhofer website says "building physics", I wouldn't use that (serious case of denglish)
