This is in a document, at the top of which is the word " Verhandelt"
The German phrase is :
Verhandelt zu Bad Homburg am 3 maerz 1995, vor mir, dem unterzeichneten Notar im bezirk des Oberlandsgerichts in Frankfurt am Main, Ulriche Schulze, mit dem AMTSSITZ in BAD Homburg v.d Hoehe.
I would say " offical seat". I do not think jurisdiction is the right term here, as that is what i used for "im bezirk des Oberlandsgerichts..."
