DANKE

structured work style or structured approach to his/her work
Or, if you want to stress the negative: overly structured

Comment: "danke Jonathan und Fred. Ich habe mich für "structred" entschieden. DAbei kann man noch interpretieren. Beim Ersten hätte ich selbst schon interpretiert.... not easy...aber die Zeugnisse waren sonst gut, wer weiß, was der Arbeitgeber ausrücken wollte."

: Based on the context, I'd say it has to be meant negatively here.

the text given is certainly negative, but I'm not sure that it reflects the original?

: If you're sure it is negative - verbindlich is also given in my Collins as "obliging", which puts an entrely different light on the matter - is the rest of the context negative?
