"Herkunftszertifikat für Waren, die aus Nicht-EU, EFTALändern oder aus Ländern, die mit EU-Ländern Vereinbarungen getroffen haben, stammen (z.B. ATR1 certificate Explanation: The abbreviation is used 'as is' and the document is referenced under the heading 'movement certificates' on this site about global freight.
