German term or phrase: amtsgerichtlich
"... erfolgte die amtsgerichtliche Eintragung des XXXX in das Vereinsregister der Stadt Bonn"

I know that "Amtsgericht" refers to a local court and that the "Vereinsregister" is a "register of associations", but I'm not sure of the correct way to translate this sentence. "XXXX" represents an association (name removed). Any help would be appreciated!

Explanation:
I'd move the questionable part to the end:
"xxxx was entered into the Register of Associations of the City of Bonn by the local court".

I may be wrong, of course...
