This is from a distribution agreement:

Es gelten keine Übergangs- oder Aufbrauchfristen für die Nutzung des Logos nach Beendigung des Vertragsverhältnisses.

Romain gives "Aufbrauchsfrist" as "deadline for using up". I wondered if anyone might have suggestions for a somewhat better wording?
