Finger Millet Explanation: Bluthirse is also called Fingerhirse, which is the correct name in this context (Bluthirse is also used for at least one other plant species). After finding the Latin name for Fingerhirse (Eleusine corcana) in German websites, you get finger millet when inputting the Latin name into the name search on the USDA website.
